Content on Site

"Content" (the "Content") comprises, without limitation, text, links, scripts, software code, reports of any kind, images, logos, trademarks, color schemes, layout, user interface, visual interface, design, and interactions amongst various elements on the Site. Unless otherwise expressly noted on the Site, Dream Leads Solution reserves all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site and the Content, including all related intellectual property rights. You understand that such Content is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Dream Leads Solution may modify or remove any Content on the Site at any time for any reason.

This program is fully protected under the laws of copyright and trademark. Any unauthorized duplication, exhibition, distribution, or other use of this program, or any part thereof, without prior written consent is strictly prohibited by law, including United States federal law. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.

Your Use of Site

You will not:

• Copy or create derivative works of the Site or Content
• Reverse engineer or make any attempt to discover the source code of the Site
• Employ any device, software, or routine which interferes or attempts to interfere with the operation of the Site or attempts to monitor any portion of the Site and/or Content
• Attempt to get access to any data or information through any means not explicitly and purposely made available through the Site
• Attempt to hack the site or check for security vulnerabilities of the Site
• Attempt to get access to account information that does not belong to you
• Take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on the Site
• Modify/remove/change information exchanged amongst various entities of the Site for any reason

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your package to Dream Leads Solution at any time. Once you submit a request for cancellation, you will not be charged a renewal fee for any subsequent period.

There are certain regions where the refund policy is not applicable due to reasons beyond Dream Leads Solution's control such as financial gateway limitations. Your region falls in this category and we will not be able to offer refunds for already paid subscriptions, even if they are canceled.

Your Information

You can create an account using the email id which you may have created on any portal. We only require your name, email address, and access to your location to provide you with the best of services at all times. Apart from this, we do not collect any other data from our users. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy while you use the Site.

Material uploaded to the Site

If you submit any material to the Site, post links on the Site, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available by means of the Site (any such material, "Material"), You are entirely responsible for the Material, and any harm resulting from, that Material. That is the case regardless of whether the Material in question constitutes text, graphics, an audio file, or computer software. By making Material available, you represent and warrant that:

• The uploading, downloading, copying, and use of the Material is in compliance with this Agreement and the law for the time being in force
• The uploading, downloading, copying, and use of the Material will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret rights, of any third party
• If your employer has rights to intellectual property you create, you have either (i) received permission from your employer to post or make available the Material, including but not limited to any software, or (ii) secured from your employer a waiver as to all rights in or to the Material
• You have fully complied with any third-party licenses relating to the Material, and have done all things necessary to successfully pass through to end users any required terms
• The Material does not contain or install any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses, or other harmful or destructive content
• The Material is not spam, is not machine- or randomly generated, and does not contain unethical or unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third party sites or boost the search engine rankings of third party sites, or further unlawful acts (such as phishing) or mislead recipients as to the source of the material (such as spoofing)
• The Material is not pornographic, does not contain threats or incite violence towards individuals or entities, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party
• Your Material is not getting advertised via unwanted electronic messages such as spam links on newsgroups, email lists, other blogs and websites, and similar unsolicited promotional methods
• You have, in the case of Material that includes computer code, accurately categorized and/or described the type, nature, uses and effects of the materials, whether requested to do so by Dream Leads Solution or otherwise

License to Dream Leads Solution

By submitting Material to Dream Leads Solution, you grant Dream Leads Solution a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Material solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your Material. If you delete your account or any Material, Dream Leads Solution will use reasonable efforts to remove Material from the Site, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Material may not be made immediately unavailable.

License to the other users

You grant Dream Leads Solution permission to share your Material with other users of Dream Leads Solution as deemed appropriate by Dream Leads Solution for the sole purpose of promotion of your Material. You also grant these users with whom Dream Leads Solution has shared your Material, permission to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Material for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting your Material.

Duration of the License

The licenses granted by you will continue until the Content is removed as described below. Once removed, the licenses will terminate, except where the operation of the Site, use of Content permitted before your removal, or the law requires otherwise.

Dream Leads Solution has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material that is published, modified, adapted, and published by the users, and cannot, therefore, be responsible for the same, use, or effects. Dream Leads Solution has the right (though not the obligation) to, in Dream Leads Solution sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any Material that, in Dream Leads Solution reasonable opinion, violates any Dream Leads Solution policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Site to any individual or entity for any reason, in Dream Leads Solution sole discretion. Dream Leads Solution has the right to remove any Material on the Site at any time for any reason or for no reason at all.

Material downloaded from the site

You may download only that Material from the Site that has been explicitly made available to you on the Site when using your own account login. Such Material belongs to a third party and you may only reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Material solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting the Material. Dream Leads Solution has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the Material, including computer software, posted to the Site, and cannot, therefore, be responsible for that material, use or effects.

The download of the Material and subsequent use of the Material is at your own risk and Dream Leads Solution does not provide any guarantees on whether the Material is free of malware, useful, accurate, or non-harmful. Dream Leads Solution does not represent or imply that it endorses the material there posted. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive Material. The Material may be offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable, as well as may contain technical inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, and other errors. The Material may also violate the privacy or publicity rights, or infringe the intellectual property and other proprietary rights, of third parties, or the downloading, copying, or use of which is subject to additional terms and conditions, stated or unstated. Dream Leads Solution disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from the download or use of any Material made available on the Site.

Removal of Content

Content uploaded on the Site may be removed by us on our own or upon the user's request as per the circumstances hereinafter mentioned.

You may request for the removal of your Content from the Site at any time you desire. You also have the option to make a copy of your Content before requesting removal. Upon receiving your request for the removal of Content, we may remove or take down some or all of such Content. You must request the removal of your Content if you no longer have the rights required by these terms.

If we reasonably believe that any Content is in breach of this Agreement or may cause harm to us, our users, or third parties, we may remove or take down some or all of such Content. We will notify you with the reason for our action unless we reasonably believe that to do so: (a) would violate the law or the direction of a legal enforcement authority, or would otherwise risk legal liability for us or our affiliates; (b) would compromise an investigation or the integrity or operation of the Site; or (c) would cause harm to any user, another third party, ourself or our Affiliates.

Copyright Infringement

As Dream Leads Solution asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by dreamleadssolution.com violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify Dream Leads Solution by sending an email to info@dreamleadssolution.com. Dream Leads Solution will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material. Dream Leads Solution will terminate a visitor's access to and use of the Site if, under appropriate circumstances, the visitor is determined to be a repeat infringer of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Dream Leads Solution or others. In the case of such termination, Dream Leads Solution will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid to Dream Leads Solution.

Changes

Dream Leads Solution reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes to this Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes. Dream Leads Solution may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Site (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service.

Termination

Termination by you:

You may stop using or deactivate or delete your account from the Site at any time you desire. By deleting your account, you lose all the Content uploaded by you on the Site. You are thus requested to download and create copies of all the Content which is uploaded by you on the Site. We shall not be responsible for any loss of data or any other Content from the Site.

Termination by suspension by us:

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site if: (a) you materially or repeatedly breach this Agreement; (b) we are required to do so to comply with a legal requirement or a court order; or (c) we reasonably believe there has been conducting that creates liability or harm to any user, another third party, ourselves, or our Affiliates. We may terminate your access, or your account's access to all or part of the Site in a situation of change in services if we reasonably believe that our provision of the service to you is no longer commercially viable.

Effect of suspension or termination:

On suspension or termination of the account, you shall not be able to log in using the same account or access the Content which had been previously uploaded by you. If any of your Content is copied or shared by other users, the same shall continue to be visible on the Site. Other contents shall be automatically deleted.

For that reason, information is made available without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Any liability, loss or damage in connection with content, including but not limited to any liability, loss or damage resulting from the application of the content, or the advice and information given here, is expressly disclaimed.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Dream Leads Solution, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Dream Leads Solution under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. Dream Leads Solution shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Feedback

Any feedback, comments, ideas, reports, concepts, and know-how (collectively "Feedback") that you provide to Dream Leads Solution shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Dream Leads Solution shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Leads Solution, its contractors, its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement. Dream Leads Solution right to be indemnified shall survive the expiry of termination of these Terms of Service.

Severability

If any provision of the Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall (so far as it is invalid or unenforceable) be given no effect and shall be deemed not to be included in the Terms of Service but without invalidating any of the remaining provisions of the Terms of Service.
